Why did you get into radio?


The key to life is to get paid for something you love. I enjoying talking sports, and they pay me!


What is the favorite part of your job?

Connecting with the listener.


Who is your favorite athlete of all time?

William "Refrigerator" Perry and Joey Chestnut


What teams did you root for growing up?

Dodgers, Clippers, Angels, Rams.


What is the biggest sports rivalry in the country and why?

UCLA vs. USC.  Two schools in the same city just a few miles apart


What is the greatest athletic event you have ever seen?

Game 7 of the 1997 World Series. Marlins beat Indians in extra innings to win the championship


What is a sport that you never thought you would like, and have grown to enjoy?

Competitive eating. (When I was a kid, it wasn't a pro sport.)


Favorite actor and actress of all time?

Vince Vaughn. Jessica Simpson


Five favorite movies of all time?

"Good Fellas," "Wedding Crashers," "Major League," then all the rest.


If you were not working in radio, what would you be doing?

Working on the Web rumor page,


Who has been the biggest influence in your career?

Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton, Tony Bruno, and as a kid, listening to LA radio legend Jim Healy
